Asian Heat Technik offers ceramic infrared heater composed of resistance wire embedded in a ceramic body which is glazed.Installation in any position is possible.Ceramic IR heater used conductor containing more than 95% silicon quartz glass which can resist 18000C.They create IR radition after chemical reaction.The spiral Cr 20 Ni 80 resistance wire cast in to the conductor,with its advantages in thermal efficiency radition safety and energy conservation.
IR Ceramic Heaters used in pharmaceutical,food,electronics,chemicals,plastic industries and other industries. It is mainly used for vacuum forming. Curing paint,drying,bakery equipment,medicine de hydration,and medical care. These are designed for operating temperature 7500 C to 1000 0 C. Ceramic infrared heaters should not be immersed in any liquid.
Ceramic infrared heaters are not explosion proof heaters.These heaters can only be used in atmospheres where the vapor concentration is well below the explosion limits of the processed material.Special provisions such as forced ventilation must be made to remove highly flammable vapors' from the heaters path. Strict observance of the drying temperature is required for enamelbased materials.
The user is solely responsible for the installation of the ceramic infrared heaters and the strict observance of all applicable regulations.
